Requirements
- Significant experience in project management.
- Significant experience with test management processes, including FUT, ITC, UAT, regression, and performance testing.
- Significant experience with defect management processes.
- Familiarity with test and defect management tools such as Focused Build, Zephyr, qTest, or HP ALM.
- Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Experience or education in accounting, finance, computer science, management information systems, or a related field.
- Oracle EPM implementation or support experience in at least one listed application area is desired.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP MDG is desired.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Oracle EPM testing cycles, including FUT, ITC, UAT, regression, and performance testing.
- Report test scope, scenario, case, script, data-preparation, and tester-needs status to the central Test Management PMO.
- Coordinate with Oracle EPM scrum teams to drive test readiness against program timelines and milestones.
- Train scrum teams on testing best practices and support quality test script creation.
- Track daily test execution, escalate defects and blockers, and follow them through resolution.
- Help ensure testers remain productive and meet daily burndown targets.
