- Have working knowledge of WordPress site management, configuration, and plugin integrations.
- Be proficient with Google Workspace and Teamwork project management software.
- Have strong verbal and written English communication skills for operational coordination.
- Have strong analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic abilities to troubleshoot integration breaks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated workflows and cross-platform integrations to turn operational concepts into functional solutions.
- Build, configure, and optimize automations within GoHighLevel.
- Manage integrations, forms, and custom web elements across WordPress websites and third-party plugins.
- Connect project management workflows in Teamwork with communication and productivity tools in Google Workspace.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and test existing automated workflows to ensure continuous operational reliability.
