- Have experience working with Salesforce.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
- Have strong organizational and teamwork skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to solve problems to meet KPIs.
- Achieve results independently with minimal supervision.
- Maintain a collaborative approach with the team.
- Be available to provide occasional support outside normal working hours.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and fulfill customer orders and requests within SLAs.
- Create accurate order contracts and accounts within invoicing portals.
- Create software licenses within various systems.
- Create and maintain reports through Salesforce.com.
- Create and maintain workflow process documents and videos.
- Manage the team’s inventory requirements.
- Invoice clients and prepare reports as needed.
- Respond to customer emails regarding license and fulfillment inquiries.
- Maintain financial filing and record systems.
- Assist the sales and finance teams with customer issues, orders, sales requirements, credit memos, and vendor forms.
