Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in ASO or related fields such as CRO, performance marketing, or experiment-driven mobile growth.
- Bring solid knowledge of ASO and mobile marketing, especially performance marketing.
- Demonstrate expertise in experimentation, hypothesis testing, and user behavior analysis.
- Have strong research skills and critical thinking with a data-driven mindset.
- Show curiosity and adaptability, and willingness to learn technical aspects of ASO if not already familiar.
- Have excellent client management skills in an agency setting.
- Have excellent spoken and written English.
- Apple Ads experience or CAC:LTV-based performance marketing is a plus.
- Familiarity with lifecycle marketing or funnel optimization is a plus.
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools or experimentation platforms such as Optimizely, Google Optimize, Hotjar, or VWO is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead ASO and CRO-driven strategies for global clients.
- Guide key ASO clients on strategic planning and roadmaps across multiple markets and languages.
- Apply experimentation methodologies and CRO principles to improve app campaign performance and conversion.
- Lead keyword optimization projects to improve app discoverability across markets and languages.
- Use creative testing to optimize app store assets.
- Guide Growth Managers in developing analytical and strategic skills.
- Develop and refine client strategies using user behavior, app store dynamics, and growth experimentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into pod strategies.
