Job Details

Have 5+ years delivering hands-on technical work for customers in consulting, professional services, solutions architecture, senior support, SRE, or a related role.
Bring substantial depth in analytical, transactional, or relational databases.
Write complex SQL queries from scratch and tune and debug them independently.
Have owned implementations, migrations, or proofs of concept for external customers from start to finish.
Have hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, and/or Azure.
Have deployed and operated workloads on Kubernetes.
Give precise technical answers and explain them clearly.
Be fluent in English.
Travel to customer sites up to 35% of the time, depending on the project.
Participate in an on-call rotation of about one week per quarter.

Turn customer goals into scoped projects with measurable success criteria, sizing, and timelines.
Design target architectures and validate them against customer data through schema and engine design, capacity planning, and proofs of concept.
Build implementations, pipelines, integrations, migration execution, tooling, and automation.
Benchmark workloads and perform load and functional testing before supporting cutovers.
Tune production workloads and hand over engagement reports and knowledge transfer so customer teams can run the results.
Take L1 to L3 cases alongside support engineers between projects.
Share field feedback with Product and Engineering and create reference architectures, knowledge base articles, and blog posts.
Work with Pre-sales to ensure demos and proofs of concept are credible in production.
