Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in ASO or related fields such as CRO, performance marketing, or experiment-driven mobile growth.
- Have solid knowledge of ASO and mobile marketing, especially performance marketing.
- Demonstrate expertise in experimentation, hypothesis testing, and user behavior analysis.
- Bring strong research skills, critical thinking, and a data-driven mindset.
- Show curiosity and adaptability, and willingness to learn technical aspects of ASO if needed.
- Have excellent client management skills in an agency setting.
- Have excellent spoken and written English.
Responsibilities
- Lead ASO and CRO-driven strategies for global clients.
- Support key ASO clients with strategic planning and roadmaps across multiple markets and languages.
- Apply experimentation methodologies to improve app campaign performance and conversion.
- Lead keyword optimization projects to improve app discoverability across markets and languages.
- Apply creative testing methodologies to optimize app store assets.
- Guide Growth Managers in developing analytical and strategic skills.
- Develop and refine client strategies using user behavior, app store dynamics, and growth experimentation.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices and incorporate them into pod strategies.
