Requirements
- Intermediate experience with Excel (4–6 years).
- Intermediate experience with Power BI (4–6 years).
- Intermediate experience with data warehouses (4–6 years).
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Suite (4–6 years).
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to develop new personal lines insurance products or programs.
- Coordinate with Underwriting, Actuarial, Claims, and Marketing to develop recommendations for new products.
- Compare coverage with other companies and research the need for products and applicable state and federal laws.
- Develop proposals and presentations for Senior Management on changes to the existing product line.
- Participate in joint research projects with other Home Office departments.
- Establish and maintain product-division training manuals and research and reference files.
- Assist Sales and Agencies Departments with materials explaining newly created products.
- Support the product-division computer system and recommend and maintain software.
