Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of overall professional software development experience.
- Have at least 3 years of hands-on experience developing applications with Delphi 10 or later.
- Have solid experience with SQL and relational database technologies.
- Understand Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Object-Oriented Design (OOD), and Object-Oriented Analysis (OOA).
- Have familiarity with N-Tier architecture; practical experience is an advantage.
- Have experience using version control systems such as Git, SVN, or Mercurial.
- Have practical experience applying software design patterns to new and existing codebases.
- Be able and willing to test, debug, and troubleshoot complex software components.
- Have strong algorithmic and problem-solving skills.
- Have strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test software features based on internal requirements and external customer requests.
- Improve software architecture and system design to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Develop and maintain enterprise-level applications using Delphi.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Quality Assurance, and Documentation teams to deliver software releases.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and continuously improve existing products with engineering team members.
- Analyze customer and project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Apply object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and best practices to codebases.
- Test and debug software to identify, investigate, and resolve complex issues.
- Contribute to architectural improvements aligned with evolving business and technical needs.
