Job Details

Have previous experience in accounts receivable, collections, billing support, payment recovery, or customer account management.
Have experience handling past-due accounts and following up with customers about payments.
Be comfortable conducting outbound collection calls and emails.
Have experience using CRM systems; Salesforce experience is strongly preferred.
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Have excellent written and verbal English communication.
Maintain strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
Be able to manage a high volume of accounts, cases, and follow-ups simultaneously.
Be able to work independently during U.S. business hours.

Conduct daily outbound collections by phone and email, following up on past-due invoices and outstanding balances.
Secure payments, document payment commitments, and maintain structured follow-up schedules until balances are resolved.
Monitor aging accounts and support efforts to reduce delinquency.
Investigate invoice discrepancies, billing concerns, account setup issues, and system-related billing errors.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve account issues and provide customers with resolution updates.
Open, manage, update, and close billing cases in Salesforce, keeping account and case documentation accurate.
Communicate with customers about outstanding balances, payment objections, billing concerns, and next steps.
Identify recurring billing and collections issues, flag accounts for escalation, and recommend workflow improvements.
Support eligible customers with auto-pay enrollment and review collection performance.
