Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, call center, or other client-facing roles.
- Experience in financial services, debt settlement, debt consolidation, lending, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Tagalog.
- Experience using CRM systems and customer management software.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Professional phone presence and active listening skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial conversations with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote workspace.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from prospective clients interested in debt settlement and debt consolidation services.
- Explain available programs and financial solutions clearly and accurately.
- Understand each client’s financial situation and recommend appropriate options.
- Follow up with leads from marketing channels and conduct outbound follow-up or occasional cold calls when needed.
- Maintain accurate client interaction records and update CRM systems with notes and communication history.
- Track lead progress through the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up.
- Work with Sales and Customer Service teams and share client feedback and market insights.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, compliance requirements, and company offerings.
