- Show interest in mental health and healthcare access for older adults.
- Previous healthcare, customer service, or administrative support experience is welcome but not required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients and their families.
- Guide older adults and caregivers through the intake process.
- Support patients throughout their steps into care.
- Help match patients with the right therapist.
- Coordinate multiple patients at different stages of the process.
- Provide clear, kind support during emotional conversations.
