Requirements
- Communicate clearly and empathetically, listen actively, and help people feel at ease during difficult or emotional conversations.
- Be highly organized and detail-oriented when managing multiple patients at different stages.
- Be comfortable learning Google Workspace, EHR platforms such as Healthie, and CRMs such as HubSpot.
- Have an interest in mental health and healthcare access.
- Experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative support is welcome but not required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients and their families reaching out to Sailor Health.
- Guide older adults and caregivers through the intake process.
- Support patients as they navigate their journey into care.
- Help match new patients with the right therapist.
- Provide emotional guidance and reassurance throughout the process.
- Coordinate multiple patients at different stages of the process.
