Requirements
- Communicate clearly and empathetically, including during difficult or emotional conversations.
- Listen actively and help others feel at ease.
- Be highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Manage multiple patients at different stages of the process.
- Be comfortable learning tools such as Google Workspace, EHR platforms such as Healthie, or CRMs such as HubSpot.
- Pick up new software quickly.
- Healthcare, customer service, or administrative support experience is welcome but not required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients and their families reaching out to Sailor Health.
- Guide older adults and caregivers through the intake process.
- Help match new patients with the right therapist.
- Support patients as they navigate the journey into care.
- Communicate with patients and caregivers with warmth, clarity, and professionalism.
- Manage multiple patients at different stages of the process and keep details from slipping through the cracks.
