Requirements
- Communicate clearly and empathetically, listen actively, and help people feel at ease during difficult or emotional conversations.
- Stay organized and detail-oriented while managing multiple patients at different stages of the process.
- Be comfortable learning tools such as Google Workspace, EHR platforms, or CRMs.
- Show interest in mental health and healthcare access, particularly care for older adults.
- Healthcare, customer service, or administrative support experience is welcome but not required.
Responsibilities
- Guide older adults and their caregivers through the intake process.
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients and their families reaching out to Sailor Health.
- Coordinate patient support through the process of matching with the right therapist.
- Help patients feel supported and confident as they navigate the journey into care.
