Requirements
- Communicate clearly and empathetically.
- Listen actively and help people feel at ease during difficult or emotional conversations.
- Stay organized and detail-oriented while managing multiple patients at different stages.
- Be comfortable learning tools such as Google Workspace, EHR platforms such as Healthie, and CRMs such as HubSpot.
- Show interest in mental health and healthcare access.
- Prior healthcare, customer service, or administrative support experience is welcome but not required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients and their families reaching out to Sailor Health.
- Guide older adults and caregivers through the intake process.
- Coordinate support for patients as they move through different stages of intake.
- Help match patients with the right therapist.
- Support patients in feeling confident and understood as they navigate the journey into care.
