Requirements
- Have 5-8+ years of experience designing digital products across responsive web and native mobile.
- Bring strong hands-on iOS experience and familiarity with Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines, native navigation patterns, and gestures.
- Demonstrate strong UX, interaction, and visual design skills, including information architecture, usability, accessibility, and modern design patterns.
- Have strong motion and interaction design experience, including animation, microinteractions, and high-fidelity prototyping.
- Have advanced Figma proficiency, including prototyping, component-based design, and design systems.
- Have experience using AI tools such as Claude or Cursor for design exploration, rapid prototyping, or product workflows.
- Bring product thinking and experience translating customer insights, business goals, and technical considerations into solutions.
- Have experience conducting or partnering on research, usability testing, and experimentation.
- Be comfortable navigating ambiguity, identifying opportunities, and moving projects forward with minimal direction.
- Provide a portfolio showing problem-solving, exploration, rationale, iteration, and measurable impact, ideally including interactive prototypes or motion work.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design of complex experiences across web and native iOS, from problem definition and discovery through prototyping, launch, and iteration.
- Use research, customer feedback, behavioral data, and competitive insights to understand customer needs and define problems to solve.
- Create intuitive, polished experiences using interaction design, information architecture, accessibility, Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines, and native iOS patterns.
- Build high-fidelity interactive prototypes using tools such as Lottielab, Jitter, and ProtoPie.
- Use AI tools such as Claude and Cursor to explore ideas and bridge design and engineering.
- Contribute components, interaction patterns, and motion principles to the design system.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and Analytics to define success, build alignment, and iterate based on experiments, feedback, and performance.
- Participate in critiques, share knowledge, and contribute to team design standards.
