Requirements
- Bring a portfolio showcasing highly polished mobile app case studies and strong interaction design and visual craft.
- Have 5+ years of product design experience.
- Have direct experience designing mobile applications; iOS experience is strongly preferred.
- Have hands-on experience integrating AI/ML patterns into products.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and storytelling skills, including direct experience presenting to executive-level audiences.
- Be comfortable translating novel, evolving AI capabilities into clear, intuitive experiences.
- Bring a collaborative, self-starting approach and partner across product, engineering, and operations.
- Interest in construction and the built environment is a plus; prior industry experience is not required.
Responsibilities
- Design interaction flows and polished visuals across field initiatives.
- Turn AI capabilities into clear, trustworthy interfaces that handle confidence, uncertainty, and human-in-the-loop correction.
- Create mobile-first experiences for Superintendents and DCOs in jobsite conditions.
- Use motion design to make AI interactions intuitive and responsive.
- Partner with the Field AI PM and Engineering to take concepts through to shipped products.
- Present to executives and teams across the company to communicate Homebound’s AI vision.
