Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of accounting experience.
- Previous leadership experience as an Accounting Manager, Supervisor, Senior Accountant, or in a similar role.
- Strong e-commerce accounting experience.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and Power Query.
- Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close.
- Advanced or fluent English.
Responsibilities
- Lead month-end close and accounting operations.
- Manage accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Review transactions from Shopify, Stripe, Amazon, and TikTok Shop.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Manage and mentor accounting team members.
- Partner with leadership on financial strategy and planning.
