- Oversee end-to-end technical delivery of KPMG-US projects.
- Lead planning, roadmap development, milestone definition, and execution across distributed teams.
- Define scope, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across concurrent workstreams.
- Apply project management methodologies and governance practices; identify risks and drive mitigation and resolution.
- Coordinate engineering, data, QA, product, and infrastructure teams, including technical design discussions and integration planning.
- Serve as the delivery liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and the delivery organization.
- Communicate project status, risks, timelines, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Oversee go-live planning, cutover coordination, runbook preparation, and post-implementation support.
- Lead distributed onshore and offshore teams through prioritization, technical challenges, and conflict resolution.
