Requirements
- Have 4–5+ years of motion design experience, ideally in freelance or agency settings.
- Demonstrate expertise in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Have basic sound design knowledge.
- Bring fast, precise, detail-focused video editing skills.
- Have experience leading motion design projects and supporting or guiding creative teams.
- Adapt to diverse visual styles, formats, and project briefs.
- Communicate proactively and articulate ideas to teams and clients.
- Show curiosity about emerging technologies and AI-driven creative tools.
- Navigate ambiguity and turn loose ideas into clear action.
- Event and live-experience motion content experience is a plus.
- Experience with AI design tools is a plus; Gemini experience is noted.
- 3D design, event content creation, and basic color grading are useful.
Responsibilities
- Develop, pitch, and execute original concepts, bringing storyboards to life through animation, video, typography, sound, and AI-driven content.
- Deliver visual narratives across social media, product updates, AI releases, new features, and artwork launches throughout Asian markets.
- Generate fresh ideas and ensure content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with brand goals.
- Lead and mentor junior designers, owning projects from concept through delivery.
- Manage timelines and resources to deliver work on time and on budget.
- Partner with writers, editors, producers, and client managers to turn creative ideas into actionable outcomes.
- Track emerging trends and experiment with new tools.
