Requirements
- Have proven creative design experience and a strong portfolio of finished static work, including thumbnails, social graphics, brand assets, and digital content.
- Understand how design works in video and motion contexts, including visual hierarchy, pacing, and storytelling.
- Be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Demonstrate a strong creative eye and the ability to produce visually distinctive work rather than templated output.
- Be comfortable working within brand systems while exercising independent creative judgment.
- Be organized and reliable, with consistent on-time delivery across concurrent projects.
- Communicate clearly, flag issues early, and incorporate feedback.
- Submit an updated resume, a portfolio link with 4 to 6 finished design examples, and a 1 to 2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and discussing a piece of work.
Responsibilities
- Design static assets including thumbnails, social media graphics, presentation decks, brand collateral, and other visual deliverables.
- Work within brand systems while applying creative judgment to each brief.
- Produce polished, on-brand assets for digital platforms and adapt them across formats and placements.
- Create motion graphics, animated titles, lower thirds, transitions, and other video-adjacent design elements.
- Collaborate with video producers, editors, and creative leads to integrate design assets into video output.
- Contribute visual concepts at the brief stage and incorporate production-team feedback.
- Organize project files and finished assets with clean structure and version control.
- Deliver assets in the correct formats and specifications, communicate about timelines, and flag gaps in briefs.
