Requirements

- Be proficient in image and video generative AI tools and workflows.
- Provide a portfolio showing GenAI video work for a range of clients.
- Have a strong understanding of video compression and optimisation for web.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and a methodical approach to quality assurance.
- Be organised and able to deliver to tight deadlines.
- Have clear written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Understand the standards expected by global brands.
- Have professional proficiency in English.
- Use advanced GenAI tools relevant to video creation to enhance creative output and efficiency.
- Have experience designing AI-assisted workflows for yourself and your team.

- Apply agentic thinking to complex, multi-step challenges and understand AI capabilities and limitations, with rigorous human oversight.
Responsibilities
- Create, edit and finish video content using GenAI tools alongside Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Alter existing video assets and produce fully generated content for a range of platforms and formats.
- Work with producers to turn briefs into deliverables that meet client expectations, production values and deadlines.
- Test new GenAI tools and recommend which to adopt and why.
- Build hybrid workflows combining traditional post-production with generative techniques.
- Carry out quality assurance on video footage and outputs before delivery.
- Optimise video for web delivery using compression and encoding knowledge.
- Identify opportunities to work faster or at greater scale without reducing quality.
- Apply each client's brand and quality requirements consistently.
- Share techniques and guidance to develop the wider team's skills.
