Requirements
- Have a proven track record delivering technology projects in Agile environments.
- Have experience with both Scrum and Kanban.
- Lead and align cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrate client-management and communication skills.
- Juggle multiple priorities while maintaining strong organizational habits and attention to detail.
- Have working knowledge of generative AI concepts.
- Use AI tools to work more efficiently.
- Preferred: Have an engineering or DevOps background, or be comfortable reading code or infrastructure diagrams.
- Preferred: Have experience in regulated environments, including ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, HIPAA, or GDPR.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple projects and programs from kickoff to delivery.
- Plan and prioritize work, and remove blockers.
- Keep teams focused and accountable by turning ambiguity into clear actions and measurable milestones.
- Run Agile ceremonies and track velocity, throughput, and scope changes.
- Manage client communications, set expectations, resolve issues, and maintain trust.
- Use AI to summarize meetings, draft requirements, update status, and manage risks.
- Maintain attention to detail while keeping the overall project picture in view.
