Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Professional Services or Consulting, particularly managing or scoping complex software implementations.
- At least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Understand insurance agency workflows and customer needs.
- Demonstrate strong project scoping skills, including accurate effort estimates and reliable timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Break down complex projects into clear, actionable, phased implementation plans.
- Show interest and aptitude in AI tools and improving workflows through technology.
- Understand APIs, database technologies, data warehousing concepts, and integration strategies.
- Have strong technical writing skills, particularly for project documentation and Statements of Work.
- Demonstrate active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Use confidence and diplomacy to address unrealistic customer expectations and guide stakeholders toward practical solutions.
- Prioritize and organize work effectively while managing competing demands and responding in a timely manner.
- Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Collaborate effectively across Sales, technical, implementation, and service delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Services Delivery teams to identify client-specific service opportunities.
- Lead discovery sessions with insurance agency stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Design professional services project scopes and develop Statements of Work defining boundaries, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
- Assess project complexity and identify potential gaps during pre-sales.
- Present project methodologies, scope, phases, timelines, and costs to executive-level stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Sales, Implementation, Data, and Solution Services teams on project handoffs and delivery expectations.
- Engage Services teams early to validate feasibility and delivery approaches for customized solutions.
- Work with Sales to identify additional services opportunities for prospective and existing customers.
- Assess services needed to support customer data migrations in assigned mergers and acquisitions programs.
- Use customer feedback and project insights to improve scoping, engagement planning, and delivery readiness.
