Requirements
- Have sales experience in health insurance, employee benefits, or managed care.
- Bring established relationships with brokers and/or employers in the target region; strongly preferred.
- Be comfortable navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Understand health plan mechanics, including network design, benefits structure, and employer plan selection.
- Have relationship management and presentation skills.
- Be located in GA, FL, NY, IL, or MA.
- Be willing to travel regionally as needed.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers and employers in the assigned region.
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy with health system and plan designer customers and internal leadership.
- Drive plan enrollment by presenting health plan products to brokers and employers.
- Represent the partnership at events, broker meetings, and employer presentations.
- Collaborate with Launch & Customer Success and marketing teams.
- Provide market intelligence to inform plan design, pricing, and product development.
