Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree and have 4+ years of professional experience with data and process automations, or hold a master's degree and have 2+ years of that experience.
- Have experience analyzing data to address a variety of business opportunities.
- Have experience creating data visualizations that drive strategic direction.
- Have comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrate verbal and written communication proficiency with senior and executive leadership.
- Preferred: hold an advanced degree and/or technical certifications such as Microsoft's PL300, Databricks, SQL, and/or Python.
- Preferred: have 2+ years of experience with SQL, Python, SaaS, and/or data querying languages or systems.
- Preferred: have 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power BI and/or Power Apps/Automate.
- Preferred: have experience in data mining, predictive modeling, and/or trend analysis.
- Preferred: have experience creating analytics solutions for healthcare sectors.
Responsibilities
- Engage with business value streams on diverse and complex opportunities.
- Deliver on requirements using data from various sources.
- Collect, integrate, refine, and present organizational data.
- Provide insights and data visualizations to support business decisions and strategic direction.
- Build process automations with minimal direction.
- Make decisions on technical approaches for project components.
- Seek out concepts that may benefit departmental strategy.
