Requirements
- Have a genuine interest in UI/UX and how people use websites.
- Be familiar with wireframing tools such as Figma.
- Have strong organization and attention to detail.
- Have clear written communication, especially when drafting questions for clients.
- Be curious about AI tools and willing to test new ways of working.
- Have experience with a project management tool such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.
- A portfolio showing wireframes, sitemaps, or UX case studies is a nice-to-have.
- A basic understanding of responsive design and cross-device testing is a nice-to-have.
- Agency experience is a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
- Prepare client workshop questionnaires for scoping, web design, and web copy stages.
- Keep ClickUp up to date across projects and client spaces.
- Help plan sitemaps and content architecture for new websites.
- Help create low-fidelity wireframes.
- Support desktop and mobile QA before website launches.
- Help create project portfolios and prepare case studies.
- Research and trial AI tools that could improve stages of the web process.
- Track website and UI/UX trends and share ideas worth adopting.
