Requirements
- Have approximately 3–5 years of professional product UX design experience.
- Submit a portfolio demonstrating shipped, engineering-implemented digital product work with end-to-end ownership.
- Demonstrate strong visual and interaction design fundamentals and clear problem-solving rationale.
- Show consideration of edge cases, responsive design, and accessibility.
- Use Figma proficiently to generate production-ready design assets and component specifications.
- Have a track record of collaborating directly with product management and engineering through production release.
- Complete the AWS WorkSpace connectivity test and submit a screenshot of the results with the application.
- Work asynchronously and collaborate across distributed time zones, including the United States, Tokyo, and Hyderabad.
Responsibilities
- Design and iterate end-to-end interaction and visual design solutions for complex, multi-step enterprise and product workflows.
- Translate defined business requirements and user needs into scalable, reusable, and intuitive product solutions.
- Build lightweight interactive prototypes to communicate concepts, demonstrate motion and state transitions, and validate interaction flows with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product managers and front-end engineers throughout implementation.
- Produce developer-ready specifications, redlines, edge cases, and comprehensive error states.
- Communicate design rationales across distributed teams and regional time zones.
