Requirements
- Prior experience leading or coordinating an immigration legal team.
- Experience overseeing day-to-day team work, deadline compliance, and the quality of information collected.
- Experience collecting client information completely and accurately ahead of a case.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Sound judgment to review work and identify errors or gaps.
- Ability to identify areas for process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills for giving feedback and direction and preparing clear, actionable pre-consultation notes.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and people under pressure while maintaining a professional, resilient attitude.
- Bilingual English-Spanish.
