Requirements
- Have at least 2 years of experience leading teams or operations.
- Bring experience from high-volume, process-driven environments such as call centers, BPOs, service firms, or legal organizations; this is preferred.
- Be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Have experience managing production lines or workflows and identifying bottlenecks.
- Be able to prevent and reduce backlogs, prioritize effectively, and anticipate operational risks.
- Have a development-oriented leadership approach focused on work quality and productivity.
- Use analytical, process-driven thinking to measure KPIs, identify improvement areas, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Communicate clearly with the team and coordinate with other areas of the firm.
- Immigration or legal field experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the legal production line and ensure cases move smoothly through each stage.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks to keep workflows stable and prevent backlogs.
- Develop the team and improve work quality and productivity.
- Set and track operational metrics and KPIs, adjusting processes based on results.
- Coordinate with Onboarding, Review, Verification, Paralegals, Attorneys, and other departments.
- Propose and implement process improvements for the medium and long term.
