Requirements
- Have proven experience as an SMM VA, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Have hands-on experience in lead generation and prospect research.
- Be confident speaking with potential clients professionally during cold calls.
- Have experience with appointment setting and lead follow-up.
- Be skilled in graphic design using Canva or similar platforms.
- Have experience editing social media videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Have strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Be highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Be able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Manage social media platforms by creating, scheduling, and posting content.
- Design graphics and edit short-form videos for social media campaigns.
- Research prospects, conduct prospecting, and build lead databases.
- Cold-call prospects to qualify leads and introduce services.
- Set appointments and coordinate meetings with qualified prospects.
- Maintain lead tracking and update CRM or lead-management systems.
- Assist with basic administrative and marketing-related virtual assistant tasks.
