Requirements
- Have 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Systems Administration.
- Bring advanced hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or a similar CRM; HubSpot is preferred.
- Have strong experience building complex, multi-step automations with Zapier and/or Make.
- Have practical experience integrating Generative AI models, including OpenAI or Anthropic, with CRMs and external databases.
- Know APIs, webhooks, and advanced prompt engineering.
- Have experience building AI agents, chatbots, lead qualification, automated outreach, and CRM enrichment workflows.
- Be able to build revenue dashboards and track pipeline, conversion rates, and sales performance.
- Have advanced English proficiency (B2/C1).
- Have basic knowledge of JSON, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or Python.
- Have strong analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization skills.
- Have experience with AI-driven lead scoring, sentiment analysis, CRM integrations, and documenting workflows and training teams.
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize CRM platforms to maintain data hygiene and accurate pipeline tracking.
- Build workflow automations with Zapier or Make and integrate them with LLM APIs.
- Design and manage AI agents for email drafting, lead triage, and call transcription summaries.
- Build and maintain dashboards for revenue metrics and conversion rates.
- Audit operational bottlenecks and propose technology and AI solutions.
- Document technical workflows and train internal teams to use implemented AI systems.
