Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated global Talent Acquisition experience.
- 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Extensive experience establishing global Talent strategies and leading global talent operations.
- Strong understanding of global Talent Acquisition compliance across multiple regions.
- Proven track record of implementing and optimizing technology platforms.
- Strong project management, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Experience leading cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
- Demonstrated strong employee engagement scores.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Talent Acquisition strategies aligned with HR, Talent Management, and company goals.
- Lead transformation initiatives and standardize Talent Acquisition systems and processes across regions.
- Partner with IT, HR, Legal, and Finance to align technology solutions with business needs.
- Monitor performance indicators and report service delivery trends and improvement opportunities to senior leadership.
- Lead implementation and optimization of technology platforms and reporting tools.
- Ensure global Talent Acquisition processes are accurate, timely, and compliant with applicable regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of Talent Acquisition professionals.
- Manage hiring governance, audits, exceptions, and Talent Acquisition risks.
- Manage vendor service agreements, contract negotiations, and Talent Acquisition budgets.
