Requirements
- Have 7+ years of product management experience in developer tools, infrastructure, or internal developer platforms.
- Have built self-service products that developers value and platform or IT teams trust.
- Understand both application builders and the teams responsible for how applications run.
- Reason about identity, permissions, organization boundaries, and usage attribution, and turn them into understandable workflows.
- Have a point of view on how agents change software development inside companies and what internal platforms need to support it.
- Know controlled experimentation and data analysis, and connect adoption to sustained product use.
- Be comfortable shipping, learning, and iterating quickly.
- Build with the products you own and form opinions through hands-on use.
- Use AI tools for research, drafting, and feedback synthesis.
- Work asynchronously and make decisions in writing.
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for internal innovation, from a company’s first IT-approved rollout to adoption across teams and business units.
- Make project creation self-service through Supabase, internal developer portals, or agents.
- Shape company-wide visibility, project ownership, delegated access, and boundaries as usage grows.
- Translate platform, IT, security, and finance needs into identity, policy, audit, and spend controls.
- Define the path from experiment to production, including ownership, access, and application guardrails.
- Work with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to make early customer rollouts repeatable.
- Define success measures, instrument them end to end, and use data to guide product development.
