Requirements
- Have 5+ years of product management experience on developer tools or infrastructure, or be an ex-founder with strong product instincts.
- Have a strong point of view on agent-driven development and its impact on developers’ and platforms’ backend needs.
- Know your way around AI Evals, controlled experimentation, and data analysis.
- Be biased toward speed and prefer shipping, learning, and iterating over perfecting a spec.
- Build with the products you own and form opinions through first-hand use.
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and feedback synthesis.
- Work asynchronously by default and make decisions in writing.
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for Spark projects, from early MVP through general availability.
- Make Spark effortless for agents and the platforms they run on.
- Define how projects are claimed, upgraded, and grown from experiments into production workloads on Supabase.
- Shape packaging and pricing with Engineering, Growth, and Finance.
- Partner with Supabase for Platforms customers to understand their needs and bring Spark to them first.
- Define success measures, instrument them end to end, and use data to guide product development.
