Requirements
- Have at least 2 years of hands-on influencer or creator marketing experience.
- Have managed partnerships from start to finish.
- Be fluent in English and German.
- Use a data-driven approach to estimate campaign outcomes, assess performance, and inform decisions.
- Bring creative judgment and understand how creator content builds brand trust and customer demand.
- Have strong negotiation skills and confidence working with creators and their representatives.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Experience in health tech, wellness, medical devices, or another category where trust and accurate claims matter is welcome.
Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and recruit creators across relevant platforms and markets.
- Develop campaign concepts that balance brand goals with measurable commercial outcomes.
- Forecast reach, engagement, traffic, and acquisition outcomes to guide creator selection and budgets.
- Negotiate fees, deliverables, timelines, and content usage rights.
- Manage partnerships from briefing and content review through publication and reporting.
- Build long-term relationships with creators and brand ambassadors.
- Collaborate with paid media teams to amplify high-performing creator content.
- Set goals, track brand and performance metrics, and compare results with initial estimates.
- Use campaign data and audience insights to improve creator selection, content formats, and investment decisions.
- Work across marketing and product to align campaigns with company priorities and approved health claims.
