Be fluent in Spanish and English.

Have successfully sold influencer marketing, branded content, social media, or other digital marketing services.
Demonstrate communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Bring commercial thinking and the ability to connect client needs with relevant solutions.

Identify and win new business with brands and agencies in Spain.
Generate opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, referrals, and market research.
Own the sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through proposals, negotiation, and closing.
Build relationships with decision-makers and understand their marketing objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams on pitches and proposals tailored to client needs.
Build and manage the sales pipeline, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide forecasts.
Take ownership of sales targets and drive new business revenue.
Use local market knowledge to identify opportunities and shape the approach in Spain.
