Requirements
- Bring 10+ years of experience in brand strategy, strategic planning, or related strategy roles; healthcare, pharma, life sciences, or another highly regulated industry is preferred.
- Independently lead strategy across complex accounts, set direction, guide clients, and own deliverables from start to finish.
- Develop brand positioning, messaging architecture, strategic foundations, go-to-market strategy, creative briefs, and campaign strategy.
- Apply audience and insight development, including market research, customer insights, segmentation, patient journeys, and behavioral drivers.
- Tell stories, facilitate, and present, translating complex information into clear, compelling narratives.
- Collaborate across disciplines and guide teams toward aligned outcomes.
- Operate autonomously, manage ambiguity, escalate selectively, and maintain accountability for quality and client impact.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to solve business challenges, offer proactive solutions, and steward brands.
- Own discovery and development of brand and product strategy, including go-to-market, business, and creative strategy.
- Lead client meetings and workshops on strategic foundations, competitive strategy, brand innovation, and experience.
- Partner with engagement strategy to translate brand value propositions into desired experiences.
- Work with clients and creative teams to identify audience needs, unique value propositions, and supporting reasons to believe.
- Lead qualitative and quantitative research and insights projects to understand target audience needs.
- Ensure activations and executions reflect brand strategy principles; diagnose misalignment and recommend solutions.
- Support the SVP, Strategy in developing and expanding the capability set.
