Requirements
- Have 10+ years of experience in consultancies, professional services, and/or software companies.
- Bring a strong focus on core banking technology.
- Have experience in corporate banking, particularly global transaction banking, cash management, and payments.
- Have proven experience shaping or leading large-scale transformation programs, including implementation or modernization.
- Be able to translate complex banking landscapes into executable transformation concepts.
- Bring a strong commercial mindset and the ability to support complex presales pursuits.
- Experience with SAP products is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead presales engagements to design feasible solution visions and delivery roadmaps.
- Translate complex banking requirements into transformation paths covering operating models, data, processes, regulatory constraints, and platform architecture.
- Advise clients on transformation readiness, risks, dependencies, and change implications.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level leaders on technology-driven modernization and operational change.
- Shape multi-year transformation roadmaps for payments, core banking, and cash management functions.
- Lead and participate in co-design sessions, architecture workshops, and partner orchestration.
- Apply knowledge of implementations, migration strategies, process harmonisation, and integration patterns.
- Identify and mitigate risks early in the presales lifecycle.
