Requirements
- Related MA/MS degree desired, or a related BA/BS degree with at least 10 years of related experience.
- Field-based regional marketing or TLL experience.
- Knowledge of KOLs and compliant KOL development practices.
- Oncology experience.
- Launch experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel to meetings, training, and programs; approximately 65% travel required.
- Must reside within the geographic area of the assigned territory.
- Advanced degree preferred, such as an MBA, PharmD, or PhD.
- Strong organization, planning, project management, and analytical skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work independently and execute strategic and tactical plans under tight timelines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute KOL tactics and engagement plans for assigned accounts.
- Create congress plans for assigned KOLs and execute commercial and marketing plans at scientific meetings.
- Cultivate partnerships with external KOLs and partners, and communicate their insights to internal stakeholders.
- Develop promotional peer-to-peer content and programming, including product theaters and conference education.
- Develop and execute commercial advisory boards to gather insights for brand strategies.
- Partner with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial Operations, and Business Analytics to align commercialization efforts.
- Uncover, prioritize, and communicate market insights, challenges, barriers, and solutions.
- Contribute to QBRs, brand and tactical planning, and Launch Readiness Reviews.
- Support promotional speaker bureau development, including speaker identification, recruitment, and training.
