Job Details

Have 3+ years of experience.
Bring full-stack generalist experience, including taking a product from 0 to 1.
Have strong frontend skills with React, TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind, and JavaScript.
Have backend skills with tRPC, Drizzle ORM, SQL, Node, and SST.
Be able to work independently and own entire projects or large areas of a codebase.
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment.
Communicate technical problems, constraints, and timelines clearly.
Bring an entrepreneurial approach and willingness to do hands-on work.
Paid-products and services experience is preferred.
React Native or Expo experience is a plus.

Design, build, and ship product experiences from concept through production.
Own key product surfaces end to end and write well-tested code.
Follow features across the interface, API, and database.
Use Cursor and Claude Code to investigate, plan, build, and refactor software.
Prototype and validate features with patients and care teams.
Translate product needs into reusable, well-architected patterns.
Build systems that clearly communicate AI and automation actions to patients and providers.
Improve performance, accessibility, and reliability across the product.
Document AI-native prompts, patterns, and workflows for the team.
