Requirements
- Be a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Have 0–2 years of experience in software engineering, technical consulting, or implementation roles.
- Have programming experience in Python, JavaScript, Java, or a similar language.
- Have experience working with APIs and basic system integrations.
- Be familiar with SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Have exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Have a basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and exposure to LLM-based applications or AI tools through coursework, projects, or internships.
- Have debugging and problem-solving skills and basic version control knowledge, including Git.
- Be able to work collaboratively with guidance in structured but evolving delivery environments.
- Show strong interest in customer-facing engineering and applied technology delivery.
Responsibilities
- Assist in deploying and configuring AI and platform solutions within customer environments.
- Support integration of solutions with client systems, data sources, and workflows.
- Perform testing, validation, and environment readiness activities.
- Troubleshoot implementation and integration issues under guidance.
- Support integration of LLM-based applications and AI agents, including prompt configuration, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector search.
- Help monitor system performance, data quality, and basic operational metrics.
- Work with senior FDEs during customer discovery, implementation sessions, and workshops.
- Create documentation, runbooks, and training materials for customers.
- Capture implementation learnings and recurring challenges, and share feedback with product and engineering teams.
- Contribute reusable scripts, templates, or configuration assets.
