Requirements
- Have 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in vertical B2B.
- Have a successful record of managing and shipping software products.
- Have 1+ years leading and building AI solutions.
- Have built complex data products as part of a cross-functional team.
- Bring practical, hands-on technical experience, including working with data, building code with AI tools, and tracking metrics.
- Understand product discovery, prioritization, metrics, user feedback loops, and go-to-market alignment.
- Be adept with AI tools and have experience delivering AI-powered features.
- Understand LLM capabilities and limitations.
- Be able to make tradeoffs in ambiguous environments while balancing technical constraints and business priorities.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, document work, and use data to tell stories.
Responsibilities
- Own shared agent capabilities that improve AcuityAI and help other teams build faster.
- Understand customer problems, define desired outcomes and acceptance criteria, prioritize work, and ship product capabilities.
- Prototype, test, and deliver new agentic capabilities with engineering and cross-functional teams.
- Partner with customers, product marketing, and other teams to uncover unmet needs and develop scalable software.
- Use AI tools in daily work and integrate LLMs and automation into products where they create user value and differentiation.
- Communicate the roadmap, goals, and outcomes clearly in meetings and in writing.
- Balance short- and long-term priorities while keeping the team focused on measurable outcomes.
- Own key metrics to measure and improve product and business outcomes.
