Have 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in vertical B2B.
Have a successful record of managing and shipping software products.
Have 1+ years leading and building AI solutions.
Have built complex data products as part of a cross-functional team.
Bring practical, hands-on technical experience, including digging into data, building code with AI tools, and tracking metrics.
Understand product discovery, prioritization, metrics, user feedback loops, and go-to-market alignment.
Use AI tools in daily work and have experience delivering AI-powered features.
Understand LLM capabilities and limitations.
Make tradeoffs in ambiguous environments while handling technical constraints and business priorities.
Communicate clearly and concisely, write things down, and use data to tell stories.

Own shared agent capabilities that improve AcuityAI and help other teams build faster.
Understand customer problems, define desired outcomes and acceptance criteria, prioritize work, and ship thoughtfully.
Prototype, test, and deliver new agentic capabilities with engineering and cross-functional teams.
Partner with customers, product marketing, and other teams to uncover unmet needs and develop scalable software.
Use AI, LLMs, and automation in workflows and product features where they create user value and differentiation.
Drive a roadmap that aligns teams around clear goals and outcomes.
Balance short- and long-term priorities while maintaining a product vision.
Own key metrics to measure and improve product and business outcomes.
