Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field of study.
- At least 2 years of experience with HRIS, payroll, benefits, insurance, or carrier systems and processes.
- Familiarity with Benefitsolver is preferred.
- Strong Excel skills are preferred, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and concatenate functions.
- SQL, programming, or database experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and perform functional, data, system design, and configuration analysis.
- Lead discovery discussions with clients and document their requirements.
- Work across multiple projects with diverse resources to meet timeline objectives.
- Recognize and document data types, regulations, mapping, and conversion needs.
- Facilitate collaboration between clients, implementation teams, and stakeholders.
- Support product enhancements through design and testing.
- Coordinate with IT and Product Development teams to conduct system testing and validate bugs.
- Maintain system and instructional documentation for internal and external use.
- Identify implementation-plan deficiencies and schedule conflicts, and escalate them.
- Research compliance-related issues, conduct root cause analyses, and support business process standardization and re-engineering.
