Requirements
- Have 8+ years of experience in business analysis or business systems analysis, including leading BA work on enterprise system implementations.
- Have 8+ years of hands-on experience with IBM TRIRIGA or Maximo, with working knowledge of the other.
- Have served as functional lead on multiple full-lifecycle implementations from discovery through go-live and hypercare.
- Have experience directing business analysts and reviewing and approving their deliverables.
- Bring expertise in corporate real estate and facilities management, including space, portfolio, lease administration, maintenance, asset lifecycle, and sustainability.
- Have expert command of requirements, process design, and UAT practices, including the ability to coach others and assess deliverable quality.
- Have working knowledge of integration concepts, including APIs, web services, and data exchange, and SQL for data analysis and validation.
- Have experience with Agile delivery and work-management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Communicate confidently with client stakeholders at all levels and have experience with globally distributed delivery teams.
- Preferred: experience with MAS, MREF, or TAS; ServiceNow; IIBA CBAP or CCBA; or IBM TRIRIGA or Maximo certification.
- Preferred: familiarity with MAS deployment on Red Hat OpenShift and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Preferred: a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead IWMS functional work across space, portfolio, lease administration, maintenance, asset lifecycle, and sustainability domains.
- Run discovery and solution-visioning sessions with client stakeholders and define future-state processes and functional approaches.
- Lead fit-gap analysis for TRIRIGA and Maximo and decide whether to configure, extend, or change processes.
- Make and document functional design decisions and resolve complex questions escalated by business analysts.
- Direct business analysts by scoping and estimating effort, assigning work, and setting priorities.
- Review and approve requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional designs; oversee traceability and UAT readiness.
- Advise client domain leaders on platform capabilities, limitations, best practices, scope, design, and roadmaps.
- Partner with architects and technical leads on integrations and own functional approaches to integrations and data migrations.
- Confirm functional readiness for go-live and provide direction through cutover and hypercare.
- Mentor business analysts and develop reusable frameworks, templates, standards, and training.
