Requirements
- Have 5+ years of business systems analyst experience.
- Have a bachelor's degree.
- Be an expert in using one of the mockup tools, such as Figma, Balsamiq, Miro, or Axure RP.
- Be proficient in conveying requirements through mockups and prototypes.
- Have experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Have experience working with Jira or another Scrum management tool.
- Have a stable and reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Healthcare experience is a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
- Partner with SMEs, leadership, clinical, and development stakeholders to analyze and document business requirements.
- Interview SMEs.
- Create mockups and/or prototypes.
- Develop functional specifications, configuration documentation, and requirements documents.
- Participate in systems testing.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
