Requirements
- Have 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related field.
- Bring a bachelor's degree, preferred, or at least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and other data-analysis formulas.
- Have experience using Power BI for data visualization, reporting, and business intelligence.
- Have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and their use in professional environments.
- Be familiar with IT fundamentals, including logical thinking, flowcharting, basic coding concepts, and technical processes.
- Be able to gather and interpret business requirements and translate them into clear technical documentation.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and communicate findings.
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Organize work, pay attention to detail, and prioritize multiple assignments in a remote, project-driven environment.
- Adapt to client expectations, resolve issues, and meet project deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external clients to understand business needs and translate expectations into technical specifications.
- Liaise between business stakeholders and development teams to communicate requirements and align solutions with client expectations.
- Create queries and use data-mining techniques to extract, organize, and analyze information.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs to support client needs and business decisions.
- Document business requirements, user stories, processes, and procedures related to reporting and data analysis.
- Support testing to validate solutions against functional requirements and expected outcomes.
- Conduct business analysis to identify process optimization and operational improvement opportunities.
- Evaluate client requests and communicate analytical findings and recommendations to business users.
- Manage multiple projects while coordinating with clients, developers, and management teams.
