Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in any field of study.
- Have 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in business analysis, systems analysis, business process improvement, or a closely related discipline.
- Have hands-on professional experience with Salesforce-based applications, including business workflows, data, reporting, or application enhancements.
- Have experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements, user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
- Have experience documenting current-state and future-state workflows, identifying gaps, and recommending process improvements.
- Have experience facilitating discussions with business users and technical teams.
- Have experience reviewing data, identifying inconsistencies, and defining reporting or dashboard requirements.
- Have experience supporting user acceptance testing and tracking issues through resolution.
- Have experience working in an Agile delivery environment using Scrum, SAFe, or similar methodologies.
- Be able to manage competing priorities and maintain clear documentation.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, and working meetings to identify business needs, priorities, and project scope.
- Document current workflows, identify gaps, and develop future-state processes.
- Analyze business needs in Salesforce applications and document workflow and data requirements.
- Translate public assistance, recovery support, grants management, and mitigation processes into application requirements.
- Develop and refine epics, user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze application and program data, clarify reporting needs, and help define reports and dashboards.
- Support user acceptance testing, document defects, and confirm functionality meets business needs.
- Maintain requirements, process flows, data mappings, and decision records.
- Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, demonstrations, and other Agile activities.
