Requirements
- Bring experience as a senior operator, likely from product management, product operations, or program management.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and comfort working with data.
- Be able to pull analyses using tools such as Looker and build a data-driven case.
- Work effectively with senior leaders and help them take ownership without dictating to them.
- Synthesize concurrent workstreams, articulate strategy clearly, and drive timely follow-up.
- Favor clarity and simplification, including reducing unnecessary participants in decisions or meetings.
- Be comfortable constructively challenging partners and leaders.
- Bring composure when working amid interpersonal complexity and pressure.
- Have experience in government, public-sector, or B2G contexts, or with mission-driven and nonprofit organizations.
- Have experience running OKR or performance-versus-plan processes at scale.
Responsibilities
- Connect long-term vision and strategy with functional leads’ near-term execution.
- Run organization-wide performance-versus-plan and OKR processes, including planning cycles, outcomes, metrics, reporting cadence, and cross-team dependencies.
- Clarify ownership, decision-making, and escalation paths across teams.
- Facilitate cross-functional reviews, capture actions with owners and dates, and keep discussions time-boxed.
- Own the Impact Monthly meeting and coordinate impact updates, case studies, and highlights.
- Build analyses to diagnose factors affecting core metrics such as transitions, usage, CSAT, and launch momentum.
- Develop business cases for strategic initiatives and resourcing requests.
- Partner with leaders on strategic challenges and use impact data to inform performance management and promotions.
- Track funded and unfunded work in the critical-path portfolio to inform planning and resourcing.
- Define requirements for revenue operations, AI and tooling ROI, and cloud or personnel cost measurement.
